Return & Refund Policy (B2B)
1. Scope
This return and refund policy applies exclusively to contracts between businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
2. No Right of Withdrawal for Businesses
Since we sell exclusively to commercial customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the goods are purchased for commercial or self-employed professional purposes.
3. Returns by Agreement
Returns of goods are only accepted after prior written agreement.
- The goods are unused and in original packaging
- Seals are intact
- Return is made within 7 days after delivery
- Goods are technically and visually flawless
- There is no automatic right to return goods
4. Chemical Products & Coatings
Returns of chemical products (e.g. nano-ceramic or graphene coatings) are generally excluded if:
- The seal has been opened
- The product was stored improperly
- Shelf-life or safety requirements are affected
This policy ensures quality assurance and product safety.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Transport Damage & Defects
Obvious transport damage or quantity discrepancies must be reported in writing immediately, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after discovery. The statutory warranty rights under German law (BGB) apply to business customers.
7. Refunds
In the event of an approved return, the refund will be issued after inspection of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable handling or restocking fee.
